Paddy Kenny has been withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland side to play Sweden, according to the Sheff Utd official website.

I can't see any news of a direct replacement for him, meaning that Wayne should start on the bench & may well win his 1st cap!

Hope he gets on - it'll be a bit of good news.

Once is a freak mistake.

Twice in 2 matches is something that needs addressing

i've not seen the Crewe goal, however i felt the goal against Watford was simply a case of taking a calculated gamble that didn't work.

If he hadn't come out King was 1-1 with Henderson...he hoped that he could either reach touch with the header or the player wouldn't hit the target from the distance he was.

was a freak mistake wont happen again:wave:

Not sure it was a freak mistake i wouldn't be surprised if Mcgee has been asking him to play as a sweeper to cover up for lack of pace through the middle so he will always be vunerable for the long chip.

Will be ok if they put a wall aroubnd the six yard box to stop him going out of it.

I have faith in John Keeley he will sort him out!

Yeah right, cos goalkeepers should never leave the 6 yards box.:shootself
