Ha I was up at 3.30, and had the worst nights sleep ever. I looked up and found out I had a acid reflux, kept me up all night!

I was up (and posting on NSC) until 2.00am. Then I watched a bit of the Antiques Roadshow until falling asleep at about 2.45am.

Why? No work today and the prospect of a nice lie-in. Having woken up at 11.00am, I now feel really refreshed - and ready for the rigours of the weekend.
