ahhh I saw the article but didn't wanna ruin it, so didn't read it, I presume he goes if he's making a new film, what a disaster if he does so soon into the new series...and by the looks of the first two episodes they are lining AJ up to replce him

That was on the cards as the new series nearly didn't happen as Mr Gandolfini was haggling over pay, he wanted over a $1,000,000 per episode.

aparantly there's gonna be some good shoot em ups in ep.3. If AJ takes the reigns il cry, it was cringe worthy when he said he was gonna avenge the attack and get Uncle Junior, I just didn't buy it.
