Worthing
I stole a load of my mothers Tenuate Dospan when I was at school(15 I think) and did them all before a double period English class.
It ended with me being put on report for being talkative and generally disruptive.
I don`t remember if I lost any weight though.

Anyone on here had any experience of taking them? I'm 13 and a half stone but should be 12 and a half. So am just looking for a bit of assistance to shift the beer belly, whilst maintaining a good diet and exercise

i'm slightly confused, and maybe you are too, whether you want to lose half a stone or a beer belly. why "should" you be 12 1/2 anyway, because a chart says so? my understanding of the pills is they allow one to cheat, eating fats that wont be digested (the newer ones), up your metabolism or reduce appetite (the older amphetamine like ones). if you are going to improve diet and exercise, theres little point have a pill too. you've mentioned laying off the beers several times, maybe you dont really want to and looking for an alternative? i not sure if the pills will solve that, alcohol metobolises pretty quick, im not sure those pills will have an effect on that calorie source. if the mission is simply to reduce the belly, id' have thought general exercise to burn and rowing/situps to tone the specific area is the way forward??

I don't need a weatherman to tell me when it's raining outside!!!! Your right though it's the beer belly I want to get rid of. I know I should be 12 and a 1/2 stone cos that's what I used to be before drinking and putting weight on, and I know that's what people my height/build are when not overweight. The whole point of asking about the pills is that I have a reasonable diet and do exercise/weights but don't ever seem to drop below 13/4lbs no matter how hard I try, so was asking about the pills to assist not replace diet/exercise. Obviously if they do me harm I won't be taking them but was hoping maybe someone with a simular experience could point me in the right direction
