Brighton The Blue and White Army

I am not really sure about the New Look Albion, in that, with or without money, we are ending up at the wrongside of the table. Micky Adams for example was a Good manager, but we ended up in the Bottom Four, last Season. Slade has rebuilt the side, and again it takes time, for the players to Gel with one another.

How ever there are problems with the Defense. We are leaking too many Goals. Jake Wright, and Paul Dicker, James Tunnicliffe, all need to concentrate for both periods. We are not really Fortress Withdean at Home. Most of the Goals conceded end up, in the second Half, and the last 10 minutes of matches.

I am not sure about the Goally, because although Kuipers is a good, we also brought Graham Smith from Motherwell as reserve. We should play him, if Brighton continues to loose matches. I do not think we can have any more changes, and will have to keep things as they are, as sometimes a lack of continuity and player changes can also mean players finding it difficult to learn systems of play, and to have stability, and know what the strengths and weaknesses are. Albion could keep possession, and tire the other team out, and hit them on the break, and that way we would loose so many, or we may draw more. Probably we should stick with Slade.

Problem is the manager doesnt seem tobe able to motivate the team for every game or be able to change things with one or two substitutions. Maybe it is time to find one that can.
