Actually, I reckon the boys are right behind Slade, so perhaps a few "Slade Out" chants if we go 1-0 down will kick some life into our boys to try and turn it round and save his job. Fine, fine, you've convinced me. I'll join in tonight. Slade Out! Slade Out!

But if it wasn't for Slade, Albion wouldn't even be in this division this year (in my opinion) at least give the guy a fair crack mate.
- 11 or so new players - obviously going to take time to gel.
&
- Bloom gave his backing to Slade 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Completely agree. Slade did a fantastic job for us at the end of last season.
However...............that was last season.

You are only as good as your last result!

Whilst I am not an advocate of hiring & firing managers at will, this season has not performed to expectation and regrettably there comes a point for each and every one of us, when enough bad results mean heads need to roll.

Some people said at the beginning of the season 10 games, others longer. There are still people out there who couldn't understand why Adams was dissmissed!

If & a big IF we lose tonight. Then Mr Slade should regrettably be sacked

That is literally the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life.

If you are fishing then well done, but I can completely believe that so many people have bitten, because there are people on this board who GENUINELY think Slade should be sacked. Insane, I know.

Eh? So England lost on Saturday, what does that mean? Capello out? England Won't win the World Cup??

I don't understand that comment, please elaborate.

You are soooo right. How dare me even suggest Slade should go!
Slade IN Slade IN!!

I should be happy with our two wins this season & must stop grumbling. :fishing:

Still, we look forward to your solo rendition tonight.

The fact that many people disagree with you is one thing. The fact they're disagreeing with the way you intend to vent your insecurities tonight is another. It's the fact you just don't get why they're disagreeing with what you intend to do is the truly worrying thing, seeing as it has no purpose to it at all. Are you sure you're allowed out after dark in a built-up environment?

I'm getting fed up with this being rolled out all the frigging time-it is mid October. That is more than ample time for a team to 'gel'. What is costing us points are stupid defensive mistakes and 5 players getting themselves sent off.

Disappointing start to the season but definitely not time to panic-yet.

It may not be time to panic - we are unlikely to actually get relegated (but that is my no means guaranteed). However, it looks certain that Slade is NOT the man to lead us to the Championship and beyond. Tony Bloom wants Premiership football - but Slade will never deliver it.

He might be on a wind or he might not, but one thing is for sure nobody "will kick his head in" especially no one from on here !
Pathetic.

What is 'pathetic' is the attitude of some people who would rather stir up unrest and dissent, when what we REALLY need is some rousing support. Whether he's on a wind-up or not is irrelevant, his comments will get to some people who will think it's a good idea to have a go at a Manager and a group of players who are trying their hardest to get themselves out of the current situation.

Those efforts are not helped by a group of f***ing BELLENDS shouting for the manager to get sacked.

So it is CERTAIN after 11 games that Slade is not the man to lead us to the Championship. Can you do the lottery result as well?

Do you honestly think that after 11 GAMES you can tell what is going to happen for the next 2 years? Where were Man Utd after Fergie's first 11 games? Where were we after Adam's first 11 games (the first time around)?

If you got a new job on a 3 year contract and and after 9 weeks your boss said "sorry, you're not doing well enough, you're fired", would you not think this was a tad harsh?
