A few days ago I was approached by a Wrexham supporter who asked advice on which members of the media to approach to distribute some sensational tape recordings of some 23 hours of recorded conversations with a Mark Guterman - yes guys the same "He's Fat He's Round he only Wants Your Ground".

These tapes included death threats, threats of violence and loads of internal exposes on Alex Hamilton and other major players. In brief some amazing stuff that would sink Guterman, Hamilton, Kendal and Co without trace if it was ever published. I advised acccordingly ....

Just 72 hours later a certain Mark Guterman applied to the High Court and has had an injunction slapped on two leaders of the Wrexham fans Lindsay Jones and Kenny Pemberton, banning them from disseminating the tapes (now made into MP3 discs).

This stinks, because Guterman knows the content of the tapes and is meanwhile busy trying to get in another offer to buy Wrexham from under the noses of the bona fide offer from Dickens, Moss and Co.

Please act according to you own consciences .... and as most Brighton fans have possibly never met nor spoken to Kenny or Lindsay - nor know them from Adam - your actions could not be viewed as "contempt of court" or as acting as agents for the Wrexham Two.

This was written by Kenny BEFORE the injunction. Copies of some of the CDs have also been passed to the police by WST as Guterman is inciting violence

Well,well,Well, Mark Guterman has tried to contact me no less than 60 times today, the man is desperate, you see I sometimes have memory problems so tape my calls especially when its with slime.
Mark so far today has threatened my family and a certain Newspaper with a £10,000 injunction oh and the Police (they would love the tape 8/4/05 Mark) oh and (8/9/04 Mark).
He has also tried death threats have come from my PC nonsense Mark.
He has also said I am doing it for money, No Mark not all at this has cost me loads of my own money,all we are doing it for is the Love of Wrexham FC and to let people know what you have been saying and doing.
Its been a long very long 6 months, Andrew Zatman Introduced us and its been all down hill from there.
Mark asked me to arrange a demo at Martin Francs(Hamiltons Bank Manager) Branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland and gave us his home address details saying If we scared Martin, Hamilton would have no money, What I found horrible was when Martin Francs partner had a baby and he moved Branch Guterman said now is the time to scare them Martin will crumble now.
Oh he asks us as well to target Mr Ward, Hamilton's old Business partner.
What about when he asks us to scare Hamilton (that's to nasty for here)
Gives us Martines number and tells us to get at Jacks old Manchester Grammar mates.
Tells us Rachel was in Bristol Uni says she don't like her dad but still worth a try.
Fiona Berg tries to get us to hound her saying she wares the trousers and will make her husband drop Hamilton.
Tell's us of Bergs Marathon run and the article was his trainer.
Tell us about Hamilton's "Idiot" mention in the private eye 7th sept 1984.
Tells us to get at Mr Evan's @ J Morris
Told us Richard Kendal was loved by Hamilton and lives at Holland's Park.
He also says Pryce was waiving the £500K if Jabba took over, Pryce?
Told us about Barrie Goldstein and said Gut had made him company sec for a lease deal on the Steam mill, Chester and everything else listed against Barrie at Companies house was Hamilton's.
Do not worrie if you are not mentioned if you are conected to the club in anyway you are on the tapes.
There is so much stuff there are 23.5 hours of tapes I also kept a diary, Mark get your Injunction, all the tapes are far away and all have copies and will be sent out when we see fit by an unconnected third party.
Even last night when I was on the way to Bangor he was spouting his shite and of course it was taped, I think Mr Nev Dickens would like a copy of that one.
Lisa has done nothing to us, so her stuff she needs to know will be done in private.
MARK SIMON GUTERMAN YOU STARTED ALL THIS YOU ARE AN INVETERATE LIAR AND BECAUSE OF THE BENEFIT OF THE TAPES WE CAN SEE HOW YOUR STORY CHANGES DAILY, YOU CAME INTO THIS TO MAKE MONEY WHILST DESTROYING WREXHAM FOOTBALL CLUB, THE SIGNING AWAY OF OUR CLUB, THE EVICTION WHICH YOU SAY YOU PUT IN AS TOOL TO HELP THE CLUB, MARK YOU ARE THE TOOL YOU HAVE PICKED ON THE WRONG SPORT IF YOU THINK YOU OR ANY OF THE OTHER SCUM WERE EVER GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

It would be a terrible shame if some unscrupulous character where to hack their computer, steal the MP3s and post them up on the web. Its a sad fact that people often have their computers connected to ADSL with little or no protection from even the simplest of hacking methods.

Even worse if it theMP3s were on a laptop which was stolen from the boot of a car!

and then the contents of these discs published in a Scottish newspaper - as Scots Law does not come under the jurisdiction of English/Welsh courts .... then they really would be out in the public domain!
