I'm guessing one of Marge's sisters. The one who hasn't already been married a couple of times, Selma (I think? or is it Patty?) Although casting a manish, unattractive, heavy smoking, middle aged women as a lesbian might be a little stereotypical.
Lisa as gay would be funny though, it'd break Milhouse's heart.

Great episode, with Homer stealing Moe's car for an insurance scam then ending up in jail.

I reckon they'll do some slightly anti-climactic cop-out, like the Who Shot Mr Burns ending.

Don't think it will be in the Simpson family at all, they wouldn't want to disrupt the family too much. It'll be an outside character, probably be Edna Krabappel I reckon.
