Haha. Not possible!

Out of a lot of people in London I know, the cheapest is paying £450/month, including council tax, and utility bills etc.

They have no lounge, and it is on an ex council estate in Bermondsey.

I am in Canada Water for £595/month (20 min walk to tube), no bills included (by tube is around £750/month) and a lot smaller flats/houses.

Gumtree is your best bet for anything close to £350.

Cheapest I know is £380/90pm just off Old Kent Road (lounge and garden included).
