Shouldn't the club have taken my first Direct Debit instalment by now?

I'm paying for my season ticket by monthly Direct Debit but as of today the first payment (after my initial deposit) is still sitting in my account waiting to be taken by the club.

I thought it was due to go out around the 15th of the month and the fact that I can't seem to find any threads on the subject leaves me rather worried that maybe this is just me? Or am I missing something glaringly obvious?

I've got my letter of confirmation that my DD should be taken on 15/04/11 and subsequently on or after the 1st of each month thereafter. Well we're just coming up to one week later and it hasn't been taken yet.

Has this happened to anyone else at all?

Mine got taken on the 15/04/11 as on the letter.

Seriously, your understanding is correct, ie 15 April and 1st thereafter.

A phone call, I think, would be appropriate.

Personally i would contact Ticket Office asap. There is another thread and its seems a few are in your boat, in fact you may need to get a bigger boat, yacht or even Hovercraft.

I have my letter from the club confirming my DD has been set up, filed along with the receipt for my deposit.

Could anyone please link me to the corresponding thread I've somehow missed? I must be a search spaz as I can't seem to find it.
