FFS aren't there enough threads on this already. Why bother starting another one. Read one of the many on here and you will see the overall feeling is a big yes. Why bother starting a poll 2 days later?

Well the reaction to his involvement has been quite muted from what i've read and the comments made about his course of action in the incident and the punishment he should have faced for his involvement has also widely varied from what i've seen so it would have been interesting to see why people thought he should have gone if he was shown red or whether they felt it should have been only a yellow or nothing at all.

The isn't another poll on the subject and only fragments here and there barely mentioning him so i think its a valid poll imo.#

Did you moan about Bozza's Barnes poll started a couple of hours before mine?

First thread I've seen on this so happy to comment.

As a non-Albion fan I looked at the incident on Saturday night and wondered why Barnes was the one sent off. Was it something he said?

The tackle was iffy to start with, the photos in the "Argus" today show Barnes trying to AVOID a confrontation after the tackle.

When you see what Gael Clichy got sent off for last week and then you see the Burnley player v Barnes you see why there's no consistency.

I agree with Andy Naylor, it's not so much why our guys were sent off as much as why their's weren't too.

Watching SSN this morning & Dermot Gallagher was reviewing decisions from the weekend. He reckoned it was a bad tackle from Barnes & said that the Burnley player should of gone as well for the aggressive reaction.
