Should Iain Dale be facing prosecution for assault ?

Similar to what I wrote on the other thread, I really wish people would grow some balls and stand up for themselves. He's already accepted the caution for it, why not just release a statement that says:

"I'm really glad that I tackled Stuart Holmes when he was trying to ruin my colleague's interview. The bloke is a serial attention seeker with no life and no friends, his own dog attacked him FFS. If the cameras weren't there I would've dragged him round the corner and knocked some sense into him."
