Should DK put a clause into the next managers contract?

IF SC goes (please don't), this will be the third manager that we have lost in 3 years.

Would you rather take another good manager like Coppell, Adams or even Taylor (after all, he took us from a play-off team to the title), with a clause allowing them to speak to othe clubs, or mabe end up with a lower grade manager who will sign anything to get the job.

Me, I'd take one good year of a good manager, than 5 years of an average manager.
