Unless they'll sell me £5 tickets from the Bramall Lane box office? ???

Can I assume it won't be all ticket? This is a game I might be able to go to unless there is a change in football fixtures for my team.

All the clubs are now allowed to have cheap matches for their own fans. Exactly the same when we played Stoke earlier.

This new rule on charging away fans more is a disgrace, I can't believe the football league could implement such a ridiculous and unfair ruling.

I will still be going, mind.

Its grim up north
I'm more than a bit pissed off with this.
The last game I got to was Stoke where the lousy inbreds screwed us. Now these Yorkshire (just) scum show that they can do it too.
Its blatant anti-southern, small minded, big chip on the shoulder crap.
Doesn't it count as racism - it should do.

Surely this must be against some European law or something? If they have laws for the straightness of bananas then surely they must have some human rights law against two sets of people paying different prices for the same event?

After all, surely thats what beaurocrats are for?

On second thought, perhaps we could get Lewes District Council to take this up for us. I'd bet they'd be willing to give it a go.

Interesting point - if this were a ticket to see a different sort of show - say Swan lake or a movie - and they charged locals a different entrance fee to out-of-town folk - surely that would be very newsworthy press material.

It's all wrong, you know ....
