Ifr you compare our goal scoring with the comparative time last season the addition of Murray has made this less of an issue but I would still like to see an alternative 4th Strtiker in the poacher mould I wouldnt be against going back for Wilson.

I can't make my mind up about Wilson, at his best he was very very good, when he was off song though he was practically invisible, with a very poor work ethic too, which I know is important in any Chris Hughton team.

On balance I think that there are probably better options out there.

He was a good player for years and then had a nightmare week. If it makes him cheaper I'd probably still consider him as our 3rd option slotted in infront of Uwe

Whilst I agree Murray does make a big difference, my personal view is that Knockaert is zthe main reason why we are now able to score so many goals. Am I right in thinking that until we signed Knockaert in January we hadn't beaten a team by more than a single goal? All of a sudden we became this free scoring machine, not only does he score goals (I think 10+ if he stays this season) but his assists and space that creates is invaluable.

Agree with what you're saying, but don't forget Skalak had a big part in that as well.

Alan Nixon is now reporting we are interested in a CD from a Premier League club on loan. (Maybe Reece Burke as a guess?)

That to me is the best option rather than buy one who will either be cheap and have to be replaced if we get promoted or very expensive to sit on the bench or young or both.

A s a striker how far up the list at Tottenham is Tom Carroll?

As a striker he is a midfielder.

Liam Moore also? Attracting Championship interest and wants out at Leicester. He's also very capable at right back to add another option.

Yep Shins, another possibility. Reading are supposed to be keen aren't they.

Yes but are refusing to sell as they want to keep him long term... hence maybe a loan deal. As a permanent deal it could be very good value, Leicester were considering 1mil so would think 1.5/75mil could force their hand if he really wants out (only has 1 year left on his deal and hasn't signed a new one offered)

See the hint Aluminium or is that too obscure?

I just read wiki's page on Aluminium to find its link to Mercury (Leicester Mercury).... Leicesters equivalent to the Argus. There was no link other than both are a metal. Obscure enough?

Up there with 3-2-1 imo. #DustyBin

How much would Curtis Nelson cost, as the next Goldson type investment? 23 years old, highly-rated captain of a league 2 side. Contributes a good number of goals.

He WAS the highly rated captain of a L2 side but has gone to Oxford and a tribunal will determine the fee. I am a tad surprised he didn't go higher, no disrespect to Oxford.
