Season Tickets - What happens now

Morning all, this will be my first BHA season as a season ticket holder, the Boy and myself are really excited about the season to come. What happens now, we bought the tickets last season, when are they sent out and is it a card etc? All help appreciated, thanks in advance,

Usually about a week before the first game, yes it is a card.
