Season Tickets Again

As an addition to the previous question re the farce of season ticket distribution. I today received someone elses season ticket rather than the two I am waiting for for myself and my son.

Surely it is not hard to put the correct season ticket in the correct envelope. I now forsee a lot of hassle having to return the worng one and even get mine intime for the game saturday because the club have left it so late to send them out.

Please pass my complaint on at the same time because this is not giving out a very good impression of the club at all.
