Season ticket - who's still waiting?

Just spoken to my dad. No season ticket for him as yet. Emails sent on Saturday and Tuesday both unanswered following two phone calls last week that got him nowhere.

Get the impression no one at the club cares less to be honest. If it was me in this situation I'd be printing off a duplicate ticket and getting it hand delivered to the customer with an offer of recompense not hiding behind "ooh it's a different mailing house" excuses.

Really, really poor IMO....

Agreed, very poor and the buck stops with Ken Brown on his decision to outsource the season tickets. Might we worth sending a PM to 'Insider' with the relevant details and see if he can get your dad an explanation and apology.

I can't say I wasn't warned about this idiots cookfoolery by my Millwall supporting mate...

KB couldn't organise a prayer in a mosque.

One poster mentioned on a different thread that he had got his season ticket , as well as somebody elses. This is what happens when you try and cut costs. Wouldnt it have been more effective in the long run to take on a couple of Uni students (Brighton fans) during the summer holidays to help out with the season tickets ?

my mate is, that's who. He phoned the office on Friday and emailed Ken Brown at the weekend. As at 5pm tonight he had still not received a reply.

Anyone else still waiting?

update - 5pm Wednesday - still no reply, tickets, acknowledgement or apology from KB

I had to ring and chase mine last week as it hadn't arrived by Wednesday. They printed one of straight away and sent it recorded delivery. It's still pretty poor that after paying nearly £800 for a 2 year season ticket you have to ring and chase it up 3 days before the first game, without doing so would obviously have left me without a ticket (or perhaps more importantly GOLD card) for the Rovers game

at least the club reacted quickly to rectify your situation......but why the inconsistent approach and why are others left feeling ignored?
