I am afraid they are wasting 2 stamps, I will not be renewing becuase

1. I cannot take another season at Withdean
2. The football this season has been absolutely woeful not only
Albionb but all the oppsoing sides
3. Next season will be another mid division 3 outcome
4. I am not happy with the sacking of McGhee and the appointment of Willkins
5. I have had enough now of Falmer, 8 years and still no decision
6. There is no investment in the playing side and will not be next season
7. The sth's have been treated very badly and the cup game and general total lack of regard for the lifeblood is not on
8. 2 wins out of the last 23 homes games on a Saturday
9. You can pick and chose whatever game you want next season and not spend £ 1000 on 2 st's and if you cannot make a game you cannot even give them away

Apart from that I'd be quite tempted

this was my first season ticket this year to be honest i didnt really see any difference in having one. When i just used to get single tickets for games which i know i could get to. Only missed 3 games this season but it hassle in trying to get rid of your ticket was a nightmere.

All 8 seasons at the Shitedean , 2 season tickets , about £ 5000 to the club for tickets, merchandise, fighting fund etc but enough is enough, my loyalty is not in question the loyalty of the club to their season ticket holders most certainly is

I think they are going to have to make the season ticket renewal prices VERY attractive or there will be many that follow US's example.

1. That is NOT the club's fault. Blame LDC. We are so close to Falmer now.
2. Since when did a ST guarantee great football?
3. That's what comes of following a small community club. If you want European football, eff off to Stamford Bridge
4. I was never happy about Cullip going nor what happened to Steve Gritt nor Chris Cattlin BUT you have no idea what happened behind the scenes only conjecture and rumour.
5. See point 1. What do you suggest?
6. According to rumours there may well be by this time next week. Also Elder? The loan signings? And where's the money coming from if not from fans going to games?
7. Apart from the West Ham game where over 70% of STHs got tickets and the f***ing whinging when STHs didn't get scarves (for fucks sake - a f***ing scarf!) how have STHs been treated in an 'apparent total lack of regard? For your information West Ham only gave us 5500 tickets - you come up with a system that keeps every deserving fan happy.
8. So sorry that we don't win every game for you. I'll contact the Football League and tell them that BHA Season ticket holders demand a better return at Withdean.
9. I've always managed to offload my tickets if unable to go. I don't recall seeing any threads with you offering the tickets for free.

Apart from that you've made some good points.

The only reason I might not renew my season ticket is that I don't want to be associated with a bunch of whinging moaners who seem to think that their £500 entitles them to the moon on a stick.

How is supporting Brighton now worse than when we thought we were going out of existence under Bellotti/Archer? We have a future, we have some terrific prospects and we're gonna be playing soon in a lovely stadium.

I am going to renew simply because I do not want Lewes and Falmer councils to think they have got the better of me.

This sort of attitude is the eact reason why this ckub will not progress and will out off people from coming. The superfan mentality, yes 2000 people would come even if we were playing at Preston Park rec but unless the goods on offer are considerably better than they have been for some time we will struggle to get 5000 if/when we get Falmer

why do you say we are so close to Falmer , there is no evidence to support that

The 4300 people who have done this for 8 years have made sure this club is still in existance , still perhaps we should just have a dd each April payable to BHAFC for £ 500 and not bother at all with the football

WHAT?????

Since when does anything in my response even come close to the superfan bollocks that some STHs seem to think they are?

You've completely ignored every point I've made in response to your thread and come up with a complete non-issue. Where are we guaranteed great football and home wins? It's a football game played by a minor English club in the 3rd tier of English football. You've only just discovered this have you?

And how exactly are the club showing a total disregard for the 'lifeblood' (aka STHs)?

Didn't Uncle Spielberg get his free scarf a fortnight ago then?

I am sorry you are so B&W tinted glasses that you cannot see that thousands of fans have been turned offy by the club over the last year

The evidence that you do not think exists has been submitted to Ruth Kelly and you are well aware that we will be getting a decision within the next few months. The evidence is compelling and a disinterested 3rd party as Ruth Kelly is will have to come down in favour of the club.

Norman Baker has given his word that if Ruth Kelly plumps for Falmer then he will not oppose it any more. the Liberal Democrats will probably lose Lewes at the elections this year thus strengthening our argument and weakening our opponents.
