Season Ticket Direct Debit forms not sent out

If anyone else is still waiting for their DD form, take note:

I arranged my Season Ticket on Friday, and was told the DD form would be sent to me by first-class post as they need a real signature. As it's still not arrived, I went into the Queens Road club shop today, who say that NOBODY seems to have been sent them due to some sort of error.
Although not dealing with tickets at the moment, the Queens Road store do actually have some of the DD forms. I filled one in there, and they were happy to send it on.

My DD has not been taken AGAIN but no probs, I'm near to Queens Road....except the ticket office there is closed until further notice as ticket staff are all at the stadium dealing with season tickets.

Got home to find that my DD form had in fact arrived in today's post - and I notice that it says to send it to Queens Road! Yes, the ticket office is closed, but you can ask at the till for the DD form.

If you are renewing a ST on direct debit I'm guessing you don't need to fill in one of these forms??

No its only for newbie sth's, you should have had April and May already taken from your bank
