No commentary today for me and others although some may have eventually got some limited service. I didn't and have cancelled my subscription.

Their customer service and product is appalling. Have you seen the state of the new site ?

They are near impossible to use through mobile devices - what year are we in.

Unfortunately anyone logging in after 3pm was bizarrely denied access by Perform (who still run the Player service on behalf of FLi). We check the service is running, but as we logged in before 3pm we were unaware of this until a notification from FLi on Saturday evening. We (along with most other clubs) have also been requesting mobile access to Player, for existing subscribers, not for an additional payment, and will continue to do so.

I will pass on your comments, and can only apologise for an unsatisfactory service on Saturday.
