Could be buffering, as I get this every now and again.
CH does come across as juddering, it's his way of keeping all that pent up emotion in

Seagulls TV has now stopped working on my phone app - unable to log on for premium content.

Their technical support has apparently 'contacted the club' about it, as it 'must be an upgrade they are doing'.

I now have to crank up the laptop to watch videos.

What a pain.
