Eighteen. Any younger, and you need parental consent.
So we went with a couple of people who do have nice bodies, who don't appear underage (whether they are or not), who don't need anyone else's permission, who were immiediately available, and prepared to do it for free.

really? Then how come there's calls to ban under-16s from catwalks - and considering the lack of clothes some of them wear on there. Seems a bit askew to say no to bikinis but yes to shirts unbuttoned to the waist and nothing underneath.

No, it was more about the 'Size Zero' issue - making sure they eat properly while they are still growing rather than starve themselves to look like skeletal clothes horses.
