Quite right too. After just having had three phone conversations with people without NSC access who think it's been rejected, I'm really fuming.

It's only the fact that the Nimbys will ALSO be thinking it's good news for them, only to be disappointed that's cheering me up! Hooray! And up yours!

I have had to make sense of this on the end of a very expensive phone line in France, so thanks SCR for making me believe it was an unequivocal no for the last few hours
