The name gives it away
Well my wife had it a couple of years ago and she was in so much pain she had surgery twice to fix it. She is ok now but was in so much pain we didn't have much choice.
The surgeon did say that about 90% get bettet eventually by themselves but it can take a week, a month or a year or more.
She was prescribed some anti inflammation tablets which are supposed to help but she couldn't take them because it upset another condition she has.
Hope you get better soon, believe me we feel your pain.

I'm certainly not in the kind of trouble many are writing about.

Last Wednesday I think my new cycling cleats (think ski shoes) were slightly off.
For the rest of the week I could feel it up my leg and lower back.

I went out for a spin yesterday, still not feeling right but ok enough until halfway round.
From that point, if possible, I could have drawn a line of pain from back to knee.
Then oddly, this morning my legs were ok enough while feeling id been seriously punched on my left arse cheek :lolol:

But thanks for the advise chaps.
I'm currently munching ibuprofen in the hope of loosening this last bit away.
