BBC reporting that Robbie Savage will go to court if necessary to overturn a red card.

FFS. Am i the only one who thinks this is bloody stupid waste of everyones time. Against his human rights? its a bloody 1 game suspension. Its not going to end his Career or otherwise impair his ability to work/earn a living, so what the hell is he going on about?

Its a sport, a game. You live by the rules of the governing body. If you dont like it, go off and do a hard days work.

With each and every passing day, we find more and more reason to despise this odious little prick. From the red-eyed, whispering, tearful post match interview (where you'd have thought someone had died), to the "I'm considering my International future" statement, and now this.

'Drama Queen' doesn't even come close to describing it. It really does give further proof (if proof were needed) that footballers basically live on another planet to the rest of us.

"Human rights" over a red card. Jesus :nono:

He is the biggest prat on this planet. He deserved his red card for retaliating. He should serve his ban and thats that.

The second Irish bloke I thought was an undeserved red card.

Shut up Savage you MUPPET :jester:

did'nt he provoke the tackle in the first place by elbowing the Palarse player? (only heard that did'nt actually see anything for myself).

Anyway he is a complete COCK if he's doing this...oh wait he is anyway!

I thought it looked like he raised his arms just before Hughes took him out. It serves hm right anyway, he's a dirty little wind up shit.

I loved it when Dublin nutted him in the face.

It's clearly ludicrous, but the reality is the open-ended nature of the human rights laws, particularly in the light of the way recent cases have gone, means you can argue pretty much anything infringes them. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins, setting another disasastrous precedent.

Bloody right he should sue. Robbie Savage is a hero. He's a role model and his hair, it's so golden and long

Good for him - the sending off was a disgraceful decision.
