Just bought some pork and leek sausages at Tesco. 'mmmmm. Can't wait to get home and cook 'em.

Brown bread with the contents of a hamsters cage mixed in is the devils work! Sausage sarnies belong in thick white mothers pride bread with loads of real butter and brown sauce!

Just so you know for the future, the couple of times I've had sausages that have later gone on to have a bad effect on me (both had missing use by dates) thgey tasted kind of fizzy, due I think to the rusk starting to ferment.
