Mayonnaise with Pork and leek bangers is smashing. Mustard is what you should have with most sausages unless you are a forward thinking (unt like me and slap a bit of Apple Sauce on the banger. Now that makes my balls drip.

I'm with you. Mustard- so much of it that it shoots up your nose.

I'm yellow too. I think I did this thread before with the yellow option.

Bacon baguette comes with melted brie. And that's down an old fashioned pub.

HP if it's the only option. But come on, it's all academic. All civilised people know that mustard is the only feasible accompaniment.

Should of been an option for Ketchup and Brown sauce together, sweet chilli sauce is also nice

Ha ha, no not me prefer medium rare. Just pink but not swimming in blood.
I just prefer to taste my sausage (no pun intended) rather than a sugary sweet sauce! However mustard and onions is a very good call!!!

On a separate note:-
What is the best sausage for a sandwich?
A) the good old fashioned banger
B) Lincolnshire
C) Cumberland
D) some other fancy pants sausage

For me it's the Lincolnshire!!
