Honestly, for me the weak link is Barnes. Its not at the point where he will cost us games, I just dont think he's the striker we need in a play-off chasing team. But thats not a problem, as Sandaza sounds a good player when fit, who can fill in, but obviously i'll reserve judgement til i've seen him play.
Must have been injured, as Gus said in argus that morning he wasnt sure whether to start him and give him 60mins, or bring him on for the last half hour.

I'm more concerned with Sparrow. One red already and came close to another yesterday.I thought he was rubbish and rightly subbed.Looks like he will be our first donkey signing by Gus.

I assume he was injured yesterday? Though the argus didn't give a reason and couldn't see one on the official site?

What about the lad from Norway - not ready for the bench yet i assume?

I saw both of them walking to the ground together just before the game. Neither looked too happy but it was still cool to pull up in the car & these two being the first two faces I see.
I agree if he is good then we are on our way because our flanks are going to supply an awful lot & we really do need to just put them away. heres hoping.
Oh also bumped into FDM at Pease Pottage sevices on my way home so a good day for meeting players yeaterday ( not that I said a word to any of them)

Gus said he had "to use bad english, killed himself in training". He was eager to impress in the first couple of days training, but wasn't expecting it to be so much harder than it was. I don't think he was injured per se, I think it was more he was fatigued.

Gus also went on to say that if he was just here for 2 or 3 games then he would probably have played him. But, as he wanted him for the entire season, he decided it was best he wasn't selected and got another week's training in him. I would expect him to be involved at some time next week - prob 30 mins. Considering we got the points without him, I'd say it worked out very well.

As has been said on here the only weak aspect of Saturday was the front two. I really hope the new signings can address this as every other part of the game was outstanding. To be honest Murray got in good positions, sadly did very little in terms of finishing when there (the second goal was going in anyway so I am not counting that one especially).

Probably the same one you're watching, thought few too many misplaced passes, few hoofs upfield, hurried sometimes..........think Bridcutt is breathing down his neck that's all. My opinion which I'm entitled to.

Yep, you are entitled to it, its just wrong. My opinion to which I'm entitled.

He is massively unfit and currently working on that to get up to speed with the rwest of the team, hes not injured, i personaly wont be expecting him to start for a couple of weeks.

The Lad from Norway, is int the 'Development Squad' basically first year pros and Reserves, i bet we never see him in the first team starting 11.

Oh how positive i sound... but i dont think we need either of them, Barnes and Murray are fine baring injuries if one does get injured then we play 1 up top... Easy.

It was his goal that put us top of the table, and it was so effective we stayed there for the rest of the season.
