By the way, think yourself lucky you live in a country where you can even GET salt'n'vinegar...

Is it all "paprika chips" your way?

In Germany as a nipper, that was the only crisp flavour you could ever get. Although this was compensated by the availability of lovely greasy "peanut flips", the most addictive snack EVAH, not to mention pretzels etc.

Walkers may produce the price of all crisps, their red-packeted Ready Salted, but Salt'n Vinegar in green is such an abomination that I resolutely refuse to buy them. GREEN IS FOR CHEESE & ONION, YOU BERKS!

At least when Pringles (I know it isn't a proper crisp) introduced Salt & Vinegar for the UK market they chose the correct colour of BLUE for the tube.

It's simple really..

Salt reminds me of the sea which is - BLUE

Onions are greenish and so is cheese after a few months in the fridge - GREEN

Therefore, using the above observations it is quite clear that:

Salt 'n' Vinegar belongs in a BLUE packet

Cheese and Onion belong in a GREEN packet.

I think the under 21's will vote green. 21-25 year old's will be 'confused'. Over 25's Blue.
C'mon you blues!

If I say TURQUOISE does that make me REALLY old? Can't remember if that was Smiths or Golden Wonder or both though.

Didn't Smiths Square S&V crisps come in a turquoise bag?

Here there and everywhere
I know im in a minority here but im gonna say green. I know blue is viewed as the traditional colour but I allways eat walkers crisps, so I suppose ive got used to salt and vinigar coming in green packets. Cheese and onion is by far the best flavour though.
