Why all the 'Trolley' abuse at the moment?

What's brought all of this on? I know you pay your money and are entitled to your opinion blah blah blah...

Does this consistent criticism of an Albion player really help anyone? Does it make you feel good?

FFS he's not going to be playing for England anytime soon, leave him alone. You should support anyone who plays in the stripes, not who you like at the time.

yeah i agree citrus. i am by no means his greatest fan, but i think the extent he gets slagged off really doesn't help anyone. imagine if he reads this forum?! i wouldn't blame him for not wanting to try for a bunch of idiots who just slag him off all the time. you never know, he may have a contribution to make next season, so give the poor bloke a break.

he has played for a caribbean national side, the same one as paul ifill, i think its barbados

and people get on his back because for most of last season he looked fairly uninterested, and as burnley showed, seems to have an inflated opinion of himself

plus he's shit

And how will you saying that possibly help?

Do you think it makes a positive contribution if after every game the 'McCammon haters' call him shit?

people were laughing at him during games when he was on the ball at certain games i went to last year. and also, i don't think his opinion of himself is inflated, he just doesnt think hes as bad as everyone else does.

twas fairly tongue in cheek

once he starts trying, i'll be fully behind him, not particularly bothered about his goal talley, just aslong as every time he pulls on the shirt he gives 100%, i know he was apparently ill for most games last season, if that was the case he shouldn't have played(this was possibly mcghees fault). If, when fit, he starts putting in 100% i will support him

Exactly, at the end of the day he's been signed by two different Championship clubs for a reason (albeit by the same manager).

He has scored a few this year, unlike Barrett did in 2002-03.

This sort of abuse is very Butters-esque of a few years back:(

The same people who slated Guy now buddy up to Race on here with no shame.

As far as I'm concerned its still very early days and we haven't seen much of McCammon yet.

You'd have thought after the way Guy was treated on here and how he proved everyone wrong people wouldn't be so quick to condemn?

but barrett always gave 100% in games, he also isn't a natural striker (ireland u-21's and coventry played him on the wing)- mccammon is

Fair enough, this inn't a personal attack on you, btw.

He was ill apparently (which OBVIOUSLY wasn't his fault) and seemed to lack energy at times, but what other options did McGhee have?
