I was watching the ref and he never turned away while El-Abd and Lambert were on the ground during that incident and as soon as Lambert struck El-Abd's face he blew his whistle and sent Lambert off.

Finally a decent performance by the ref and a game where incidents against our players against our players weren't missed and those done by our players were the only ones punished.

Sour grapes the lot of them. Its only the last two years I've even had an opinion on them, but I'm growing to hate them with quite a rabid intensity.
