Stolen from another albion message board this made me laugh.........

Recently started with Hays Montrose recruitment and I'm in charge of their contract with Brighton & Hove City Council to provide all their agency refuse collecters, recycling workers and street cleansers.
Well, it's a new contract for Hays and last Friday was the first pay day from us.
To cut a long story short a lot of the blokes didn't get paid properly, and twenty-five or so staged a sit-in. Myself and a colleague met with the blokes to try and sort out their issues but things quickly turned nasty and my mate got a smack in the mouth and I ended up with a dislocated thumb and a kick up the arse. Sounds funny now but it was a bit scary at the time. Couldn't really fight back because it would have been twenty-five on two.
Going back on Monday but to be honest I'm not sure I want to carry on in a job where there's the constant threat of getting hit by a f***ing BINMAN.

Pretty much the lowest of the low, but whilst there's mugs out there to take these jobs it keeps the Government unemployment stats down and gives everyone a chance to giggle at those less fortunate in Society.
