why does everyone think that everything thing that the government does is "another way to rip us off"

f*** sake, we arent exactly poor or a country thats falling on its face are we??

Quite probably because we are f***ing well sick to death of spiralling costs of services etc where council tax goes up 15 - 20 % but we get no improvement.

Without being patronising you will notice these differences when you start to pay these type of bills

2. Will this fine make my local postie put my letters in the correct door as this is apparently the biggest factor as to why the fine was imposed?

I think to get that to stop your post office area thingy people have got to employ posties who can read numbers. Thats a good place to start
