Just seen the most intriguing frame of snooker ever. The architect being O'Sullivan, the end result- a 147. However, at the start of this particular frame, he asked the ref whether or not prize-money would come with a maximum!

Watch it from the start!

Absolute genius!

just read that he asked what the prize was for a 147 after potting the first red and was dissapointed that there was none. So after making 140 he left the black!

Only the refs intervention made him pot it after shaking hands with his defeated opponent...

O'Sullivan is a genuis on the snooker table, there is no doubt about that. However his attitude towards the game that has bought him millions and a lifestyle most of us can only dream of is appaling. He is a total wanker and a utter disgrace to the game, still its in the breeding I suppose.

He is very open about his feelings towards the game so how can you say his attitude is appaling towards it?? He always falls in and out of love with snooker. Can't have a go at the guy when he's as honest as that. John Higgins on the other hand.....

"Jan talked me into it [potting the black]. My whole thing was I was going to make 140 and leave the black What's the point of making a 147 if they're only going to give you four grand for it?

What a wanky comment that is.

Maybe give it to charity if you don't want it, RON?

The guy is brilliant, but that stinks.

Love Ronnie, especially after he wraps up a frame and lifts his legs off the ground potting the last ball. Hero.

Was completely exonerrated from any match fixing and is a credit to the sport. Your point being

The bloke is pure box office. Quite brilliant. I love watching him.
Arrogant? yes, but the one and only snooker player who will sell out any arena he plays in.

I am 38 years old, I have NEVER seen anything like that before!

I would like to say that it is a pleasure to witness a snooker player of his calibre!

Some of his facial expressions while waiting for the answer were priceless. I like the guy.
