Zamora came on loan.

Yep, scored 6 goals and then went back to Rovers which did us no favours. Luckily we were able to sign him in the summer.

The only usefull loans are those that are a view to a permanent move. So in effect they are glorified trials, if they are good sign them and if they are crap they can clear off back to their proper club.

Albion & England forever.

Read the official site. It states quite clearly that MM went to look at some Arsenal youngsters with a view to a loan (not now but as the season progresses)

I didnt say anything bout what is going on between the two clubs?

ok if any club offered 750k and sell on clause would you take it

No, one day he will be worth more than that, I swear. Or maybe I just have rose tinted spectacles on.

what have you seen that indicates he will be worth only 500k odd less than zamora?

I think we were unlucky in what we got for Zamora, if we had sold him before the transfer market had declined then we would have got more for him. Maybe the transfer market will pick up, and one day, once Robinson has reached his potential we will able to get more than 750k for him.

Like I said before maybe I look at Robinson with rose tinted spectacles, IMO I just think he is something special.

ok before i get flamed i do think he is a good player, however

he has had a lot of hype on this site;, in my view he will not be a prem player or anything higher than div one 10 goals

Yer to be fair he has had a load of hype, something that he is got to live up to now. But no one can tell how well he will or how well he will not do.

Looking at his physique its going ot be at least 3 years before he is a decent div 1 striker with the presence to upset defences. Alot can happen in that time and he could easily not realise his potential.

£750k is alot of money to us, imagine how that could help our playing budget!!!! Thats if Dick Tight would let MM have any!

No I wouldn't. I would like him to develop at his own pace and see what he was capable of.

If we could spend the all of the £750K on this season's playing budget, I'd take it!!

With £750,000 McGhee would easily keep us in Division One for a couple of seasons but alas this is all very fanciful.

Gary Hart broke his leg two years ago and is still playing.

An injury like that doesn't necessary mean the end of a career.
