If youre basing Rosenior on who he is as a man, then of course.
But if youre basing him on his teams and style of play then its a big no. He's more a disciple of Hughton's ultra defensive formations.

He's probably got a load of sock-puppet accounts to increase engagement and make him look more popular and in-the-know than he actually is. What he seems to have done here is tweet as one of his sock-puppet accounts but forgot to actually switch the account before doing it.

RDZ is being very RDZ at Marseille, too. 2nd biggest budget, 2nd biggest wages, 2nd biggest club, 2nd biggest City in France and whining about them not getting enough credit for finishing, er, 2nd. Maybe they'd get more credit if the team wasn't filled with miscreants. Potentially agitating for a move to Roma at the end of the season after railing against Ligue 1 "corruption" and referees all season.
Regarding Ajax, you're right, it seems like they were in a false position this season until now, but 9 points clear with 6 games left is still one heck of a drop off.

2nd biggest city is a bit of a tenuous stick to beat him with given. Leeds is the 6th biggest city in England and Bristol 7th
I would also say marseille finished 8th last season so from those foundations it is a quick turnaround but as you say, money helps.
It's more of a branch of a stick than the stick itself. Besides, you know how massive Leeds are right? Champions of Europe? Biggest team in England etc etc?
