Plays up to the gallery too much.

Should just concentrate on his football as he is a reasonable Premiersh1te player.

He is a cvnt, perhaps the biggest cvnt in the Premiership - either him or Roy Keane.

I don’t dislike Savage, though that would probably change after seeing him play at Withdean.

Hard-working player. The type that everyone would like in their side.

I don't understand how people call him dirty. These days you can get a red card for nothing more than giving a dirty look and Savage hasn't ever been sent off. If he's a dirty player, what the hell do you call Keane or Viera?

Savage is known in the game for niggly fouls and professional tactics for getting players riled or sent off.
The fact he gets away with it is down to his ability to cheat, and then act angelic victim - which riles oppositions even more, and generally gets players booked. refs fall for it, as Savage is hoping for.

There's no coincidence that everyone wonders why he's always getting in trouble with players - it's because he's always doing shit.

The bottom line is, that it's cheating and he's not concentrating on fair or gentlemanly playing of the sport. He's spending a lot of thought and effort on trying to get other players pissed off and sent off - not nice.

Professional fouls and diving etc spoil the game as fair contest, and I personally despise it. If he was in our colours it wouldn't make it better either, because I'd have to see or hear about it every bloody week.

It's overdue for Savage to get his come-uppance, and I hope refs start realising that crap is ALWAYS going on with this player and that it's no coincidence.
