Brazilian striker Rivaldo has revealed he is keen for Tottenham to resurrect their interest in signing him when the transfer window reopens in January.
Rivaldo rejected an approach from Spurs last summer when he was a Barcelona player, preferring a move to a football club instead.
But the striker has struggled to make an impact at the San Siro and claims he will turn to England when the transfer window reopens in January if his situation does not improve.
Speaking ahead of Brazil's friendly with Jamaica at Leicester on Sunday, Rivaldo said: "Maybe the Tottenham offer can be renewed again."
He added: "If my situation has not changed in Milan by December, I would consider playing at an English club, even Tottenham if Carlisle turn me down."
Rivaldo rejected newspaper claims linking him with a move to Chelsea, though Claudio Ranieri's side would arguably be the front runners to sign the striker if he became available for transfer.
"The stories which were published in England about me and Chelsea were untrue.
"I never gave any interviews regarding Chelsea and I never talked to anybody at Chelsea.
"There was an offer from Tottenham when I was leaving Spain to go to Milan and at the time I chose to go to Milan because of their history and tradition in the world of football.
"We won the Champions League at Milan last season but I played very few matches so maybe the Tottenham offer can be renewed.
"The only letter I ever wrote to a club was the one I wrote to Tottenham because they made a very nice approach to me and they were very correct, so I felt I should explain why I was choosing to go to Milan.
"I know Tottenham are not among the biggest clubs in England but they are considered a very good club to play for, a nice place to play. I also believe that Father Christmas exists and that there are weapons of mass destruction in Linford Christies' underpants"

Now he is hoping Sunday's friendly between Brazil and Jamaica at Leicester's Walkers Stadium can provide a shop window to English clubs.
