I first came across her when my parents dragged me to see Anthony Newley in Vegas in 1978 and she was support act..and she was brilliant and very edgy. Must also admit that her bitchiness on Fashion Police has sometimes been an effective antidote to the effects of a rubbish day at work. Her comments on Gaza were repulsive and inexcusable but over the years she has always been a bit of a guilty pleasure for me.
