Townsend Farm - It's not much use for watching displays close up but cool for watching bits and bobs. Going in on Friday, I like the shorter, less busy day but hoping to walk to Totterdown on Thu for arrivals and practice, did it last year and it was fantastic.

Can thoroughly recommend arrivals and departure days, ie before and after the main show. Wonderful flying displays and far less crowded

Nice one mate, I'll keep an eye out. I cannot think of anything to make us stand out, maybe the only couple there who have turned up on foot with our camping chairs
