Taking into account the rumours regarding Tommy Elphick going out on loan or sold during January is there any signifcance in the fact that he didnt partner Dunk in the team today. I would have thought that he needed the game to stay match fit if needed for the first team as he is now just sitting on the bench and not playing at all.

very much doubt it as the team seemed to be mainly people who don't make the bench at the moment

Most of the others from the bench have played recently even Jamie Smith played today and still would think that Tommy needs to play some games to stay match fit.

I would like to Dunk given some more time on the bench in case he needs to be called upon. He was great against tranmere and saints (when he replaced Adam) of course he needs to be broken in slowly but i think a few sub appearances wouldnt do him any harm.
