Presumably that line up is 1 to 11, so Fogden left back, although it could be Martot central and Loft wide or vice versa.According to that line up, he's up front. I don't think that list is the exact positions they played tonight. Butters at LB?

Well from the few games I have seen this year he looks quite good
you have obviously been seeing different things to m,i think he has been okHe had an absolute blinder in one game , apart from that he's been between poor and bordering on disgraceful
All in all not too good but in fairness that is only ome game so may be they were off key last night.
In fairness, Butters, Robinson, Fraser, Martot and Gatting didn't get home until 4 in the morning from Huddersfield.
Was I being unfair then? I called it as I saw it.
But then I don't see the albion play as much as others and my does not count.
Touchy.
I used the word fairness because you did in saying they were maybe off key.![]()
It would be foolish of me to be too stubborn and forthright on the basis of a 90 minute reserve game. just quite dis-appointed in McFual and Dixon on that showing only. I hope that it was a one-off

Was there last night, quite an entertaining game.
Sullivan - made 3 very good saves in quick succession, but their first goal went under his body, good, quick and mostly accurate distribution.8/10
Fraser - played right back in the first half, then switched to midfield in the second. Was not able to cope with the Palace winger's pace and resulted in a few body checks, 6/10
Zac Beda - first time I have seen him, was not overly impressed, seemed calm on the ball but again, a lack of pace was evident, 6/10
Guy - I am a big Guy Butters fan but could see last night why he has been left out recently, very short of pace, got booked when he was beaten and resorted to pulling the guy back, played a lot deeper in second half and improved, still dominent inthe air, 6/10
Wes Fogden, - a busy performance but wanted to check back onto his right foot too much, ended the game at right back where he looked more at home 6/10.
Shane McFaul - sorry to say he looked out of his depth even at this level, wanted too much time. Was switched to right back during the second half and did OK, before reverting to midfield for the last quarter and as there was much more space he looked more comfortable, 5/10
Doug Loft, - very disappointing, did not impose himself at all, will be back wearing the Gully suit on Saturday. 5/10
David Martot, - I thought he had a good game, very busy, played wide left to start with and more central in the second half, played some nice balls for our forwards and got some good tackles in. 7/10
Jake Robinson, - the biggest disappointment of all, seemed to drift in aand out, shooting wildly, lost possession too easily, sometimes in critical positions. 4/10
Joe Gatting, - I am not a Joe Gatting lover, but he tried his socks off, got in a good header for the first goal and generally led the line well. If only he had a bit of pace, 7/10
Johnny Dixon, - very disappointing first half, got more involved towards the end but can't see him featuring with the first team on performances like that, 4/10
Ruben French, - cam on for Fraser, ended the game at left back, made little impression.
According to Chapman, Mc Faul had a good game.... were Wash and Wallington at a different match?
