Insider, whilst we appreciate that the postponement of the Blackburn game was outside the control of the club, and appreciate the free pie and pint offer, it does seem very harsh to withdraw the loyalty points of all those who had a wasted journey that day.

Is there a reason for the removal of the loyalty points?

They will go on after the match is played; it is just how the system works - it is an automated system, that adds the points after the match is played. Those who bought originally, but couldn't attend the re-arranged game will get 10 points. Those who were going on the 22nd December, and retain their ticket for 22nd January, will get 20 points. Those who attend on 22nd Jan, but didn't have ticket for 22nd Dec, will get 10 points.
