With the forecast indicating it will be a tad warm this afternoon …..as well as keeping hydrated its important to either cover up (oh dear Newcastle fans) or put on your sun block…especially those in ESL and South stand.

Perhaps not ideal weather for (see below).

PS this is part light hearted thread….but has a serious side…ive just had what must be my 15th or more basal cell carcinoma removed, caused by sun damage

That's important advice in general.

The Dermatology department at Brighton General is a very busy production line of folk including young adults, having BCC's or MM's (if not too late) removed. Often caused from the pursuit of transient tans.
