Is he to be the latest in a long line of Albion's filmsy Pauls?

Watson
Kitson
Brooker

...

Reid?

watson and brooker have done well for the albion. but maybe a little flimsey. rogers was a stronger paul though.

I think he will be a good signing, he was superb at Bradford but got injured and was never given another chance.

Also far more loyal than other players.

Thought Reid looked very promising considering he'd been languishing in Bradford's reserves for the season. Still think he was played out of position though. Didn't really look like he wanted to run the wing, whereas when he had a few brief forays into the middle he passed the ball about very well and pretty accurately aswell.

Glad he's staying on.

Yeah, spot on. The peculiar thing is that his best position is probably's Chippy's, but we can't drop our best midfielder. Dare we lose Charlie given the cover he provides for the back four?

Anyways, Reid was impressive in his short time with us, good spot Dick Knight!

With Rodger hopefully back soon, we have a few options and our midfield is not looking so terrible as is generally assumed.

I'm glad he has signed, I just hope that he is allowed to play in the centre of midfield which is clearly his best position, he really links up the play.

For anyone looking for a decent performance from him, he wasn't too shabby when he came on at the millenium stadium. We certainly gave away the ball a lot less and I think he made it easier for us to close the game out.

However if he is stuck out on the wing he may prove a lot more ineffective.
