Andy Woolmer from Northamptonshire is the match referee.

His assistants are Ian Gosling from Kent and James Linington from the Isle of White.

Mr Woolmer is a Nationwide League referee in his second season. This will be his 4th ever Championship game and his first involving Cardiff City or Brighton.
