Had to laugh at the banner the Real Madrid fans unfurled at the training ground and hung up on the fence this weekend, following Madrids 3-0 home thumping by Osasuna and their Champions League exit as well.

Its a massive banner in Spanish (obviously) which apparently reads: "FOR YOU IT IS JUST ABOUT MONEY AND WHORES, WHILE FOR US THERE IS OUTRAGE AND REPRESSION"

Bloody articulate lot arn't they ? I can't imagine any english fans displaying such heart-felt and well expressed views on a banner. What sort of things could we come up with ?

We could be the new banner kings of English football. There used to be lots of signs and banners in the 1970s, let's revive them.

ahhhh yes, this would be the articulate real madrid fans! the ones who unfurl fascist emblems in their stadium, sing songs about spain not being for catalans, basques morrocans and gays and make monkey noises every home game at black players, yes?
