Random music video question

Somewhere in TV land there asking about your favourite music vids , and im racking my brains trying to think of the artist of the video featuring a bloke walking through a road tunnel being hit by the cars repeatedly but just keeps getting up and walking on while the track plays , the penultimate seen is him being hit by acar and the car being trashed in slow motion .
Any one got any clues to the artist would be very grateful as it is driving me mental ( see what i did there ) cheers .
