My Season ticket sit is in The North Stand, but my son won tickets through the Argus so me and Mrs Giraffe acccompanied him in the mini stand today. A dour experience. I think my earlier prediction was born out of pure optimism!

Hats off to everyone who has to sit out in the rain every game though. As another thread says, truly medievil.:(

Just realised, maybe that should be hats ON :)

Why blame LDC? at the end of the day Falmer is in their area, the people who live there don't want it, rightly or wrongly in our biased opinions as fans - so therefore they are doing the job they are supposed to be for their constituents.

The stadium site is 100% within the Brighton border, do keep up.

But it still effects there residents though.

Would you really want a 350k to have a bloody great football satdium slapped on it's doorstep?

because they're doing every thing they can to delay and drag out the process in the hope that the club will fold. Rather than getting a final ruling on the matter which they know will go against them.

By saying Falmer is in their area I understand you to imply Falmer village rather than the site for the proposed stadium which is in Brighton.

What he said.

The residents at Falmer will be further away from the stadium than the residents in Wilson Ave. will be in sheepcote valley FACT I heard it myself at the public enquirey
